Provided expert counsel on EHS matters for international chemical manufacturing facilities and business units, including compliance with product stewardship, waste, air, water and OSHA regulations. Notable Accomplishments• Developed and implemented global corporate-wide EHS compliance programs, including extensive on-site training of corporate and facility staff and personnel, and investigation of reported compliance concerns.• Supported the defense of fatality and major civil and criminal environmental cases. • Participated in auditing and rapid standardization of newly acquired facilities. • Provided legal counsel to the corporate Y2K computer readiness program and chaired the Y2K Panel of the Chemical Manufacturers Association.
