This position also includes special projects or contracts like providing architectural planning and implementation of custom AWS hosted cloud solutions, on closed Palo Alto secure networks, and managing a fleet of cellular network integrations and devices. These special projects focused on cellular networks with AT&T in the US and Bell Cellular devices in Canada. Administering two separate cellular networks with the Jasper Management tools from Cisco with both providers. Liaising with a trusted AWS partner (NUB8) to help manage these networks as well.

Provide Servers, Workstations, Networking and multiple hardware and software solutions support. Such as - Accounting firms, Mortgage Brokerages, Sports and Fitness organizations, Warehousing and distribution organizations, Medical Practices, Dental Practices and Property Management firms. Aside from my Corporate Responsibilities with SPG, I own a Residential and Home (based) Business, IT Support and Training company. I used to do this with ByteMeIT but we closed down that partnership at the end of 2018. All residential and home based business support support runs through TechyWiz.Biz now.

Partner Owner - Ran Small Business Support and training operation for Residential Clients operating out of their homes. This company ran during and alongside my years at SPG. I have since closed this business and started my own operation in 2019. All residential Clients have been migrated to DaveLee.CA - Website for Davelee.ca viewable soon.Primary role - Local IT specialists for home based small businesses and other IT related projects.Skills learned and practiced at SPG Digital Solutions applied to the residential world. BookKeeping and Financial management of the company were also my responsibility.

Manage a large group (20-40) of technical support representatives in a fast-paced 24/7 call center support environment. Manage all aspects of staffing , technical support, training and customer service, retention and corporate representation. Be the leader and point person on major issues involving conflict resolution with challenging corporate needs or demands. This was both a technical and management role.
