Improved application for general businesses and tailored it to be effectively used at all blood centers nationwide. Partner with local Fortune 500 Companies (Boeing, Microsoft, Weyerhaeuser, Safeco, AT&T Wireless) to promote program, increase support and drive new initiatives.Developed recruitment and reporting tools to measure effectiveness of recruitment program and to help to focus recruitment staff on goal achievement.
