Responsibilities include leading all capture operations including identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, customer interface and relationship management, developing campaigns through all phases of the Business Acquisition Process, and overseeing discretionary resources and IRADs associated with these objectives.

Commanded multiple Direct Action missions, including both joint and combined forces, involving direct engagement with enemy combatants, insurgents and individuals involved in criminal activities. • Extensive joint and coalition training experience as Commander of multiple Mobile Training Teams. Executed highly successful training deployments for small unit tactics, peacekeeping operations, close air support, airborne operations and others for the militaries of Korea, United Kingdom, Bangladesh, Thailand, Canada, Turkey, and Germany as well as many units from all services of the US military. • Primary officer responsible for the integration of Special Operations forces into the joint war-game arena of the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) and the National Training Center (NTC). Responsible for the full spectrum of training development to include requirements development, scenario planning, resource allocation, training execution and after action reviews. These training exercises were highly successful in preparing US Special Operations forces for worldwide operational deployments.
