Currently the Site Director and Program Manager for the Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-A) program in Richmond, VA, including more than 500 personnel across five states as part of a $1B Cost Plus Fixed Fee / Cost Plus Incentive Fee contract. Global Combat Support System - Army is a SAP-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) system used by the Army to support its tactical logistics functions. The system is currently used by approximately 75,000 soldiers and is expected to be fully fielded to soldiers by the end of 2017.

Deputy Program Manager on the Joint National Integration Center Research and Development Contract (JRDC) manages the 1,500+ person, $400M/year Missile Defense Agency (MDA) prime contract. The Deputy Program Manager’s primary task is to run the day-to-day operations of JRDC program. The Northrop Grumman led JRDC is the Nation’s premier Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) integrator. The JRDC team solves challenges across the missile defense spectrum for the Department of Defense, through world-class products and services in development and test operations, modeling and simulation, MDA’s IT global enterprise, and warfighter support. The JRDC is primarily located at the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC), Schriever AFB, Colorado; with additional locations in Huntsville Alabama, Dahlgren Virginia, and the National Capital Region.Previously, as the Manager of Capture Operations, lead broad campaigns to develop and pursue non-organic, non-traditional growth opportunities for the JRDC. Responsibilities include leading all capture operations including identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, customer interface and relationship management, developing campaigns through all phases of the Business Acquisition Process, and overseeing discretionary resources and IRADs associated with these objectives.

• 17 years of military Special Operations experience planning, coordinating and conducting joint service and combined force operations and training worldwide. Eight years Army Special Forces command experience. Commanded joint and combined operations worldwide, to include Bosnia, Kosovo, Turkey, Korea, Bangladesh, Philippines, Thailand and the United States. • Highly successful in the planning, coordination, and execution of Direct Action, Strategic Reconnaissance, and Foreign Internal Defense operations in support of US, NATO and United Nations objectives in multiple theaters of operations. Commanded multiple Direct Action missions, including both joint and combined forces, involving direct engagement with enemy combatants, insurgents and individuals involved in criminal activities. • Extensive joint and coalition training experience as Commander of multiple Mobile Training Teams. Executed highly successful training deployments for small unit tactics, peacekeeping operations, close air support, airborne operations and others for the militaries of Korea, United Kingdom, Bangladesh, Thailand, Canada, Turkey, and Germany as well as many units from all services of the US military. • Primary officer responsible for the integration of Special Operations forces into the joint war-game arena of the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) and the National Training Center (NTC). Responsible for the full spectrum of training development to include requirements development, scenario planning, resource allocation, training execution and after action reviews. These training exercises were highly successful in preparing US Special Operations forces for worldwide operational deployments.
