I've been at Berkeley for 20 years, and a partner since 2004. We specialise in shaping and delivering large transformation programmes in high-pressure or distressed situations, and in operational strategy taking the "whole system" into account.Prior to joining Berkeley, I had 8 years in technology transformation for a logistics and inventory management business, and 3 years with what was then Gemini Consulting. I have experience in a multitude of industries, including Financial Services, Energy, Pharmaceuticals, Media and Retail - with clients including JLL, Sainsburys, Unilever, WPP, The London Metals Exchange, Xerox, BP, M&S, MS Amlin, the Bank of England and Jaguar Land Rover.
