I have over 20 years of experience in management consultancy across a wide range of industries. I lead complex technology and business transformation projects, with experience across the full lifecycle from developing strategy to managing delivery of individual projects, programs and overall portfolios of change. I have particularly deep expertise in target operating model design and implementation, large scale ERP delivery and change management. I have worked in industries including Media & Advertising, Commercial Real Estate, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Energy and Utilities. Previous clients include WPP, dentsu, JLL, Unilever, the Bank of England, BP and Shell. I joined Berkeley in the UK in 2011 having previously worked for Accenture, and relocated to the US in 2017. I graduated with a First Class BSc Honours degree in Management Science from the University of Wales, Swansea, and the University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
