I have over 30 years' management consultancy experience assisting organizations in defining business growth, operational and IT strategies; shaping and managing large-scale business change programs; performing program reviews and turnarounds; coaching business leaders and their teams, as well as acting as an interim IT director.I joined The Berkeley Partnership in January 1997 and became a partner in January 2000. During my time at Berkeley, I have worked with a variety of clients from across a range of different industries including: Tiffany & Co., WPP, Xerox, BP, the Bank of England, Legal and General and a number of new bank start-ups. I am the lead partner for Berkeley's Organizational Effectiveness and IT Transformation service offerings, and a sector lead for retail, financial services, regulatory and compliance, and energy. As a qualified business coach, I also lead our Coaching for Transformational Change service, and have worked with many clients' leadership teams to help them improve collective and individual performance.
