A business planning lifer, Dave has been working with the principals of closely held and publicly traded companies for most of the past 30 years. He’s been on the team for private equity transactions in the hundreds of millions of dollars, worked with venture backed firms from incubator to IPO, and been the team leader on 9 figure asset transfers between generations. A major player in the world of life insurance, Dave has placed hundreds of millions of dollars in coverage and is well known as the guy who can get it done when no one else can. A graduate of Cornell University, and past President of the Alumnae Association, Dave serves on the boards of charitable organizations, school and church finance councils and has been on teams that raised tens of millions of dollars for capital and charitable campaigns. After 30 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, Dave relocated in 2018 to Middleburg, Virginia where he lives with his wife, six children and a Great Dane named Baylee.
