About Dave Mattingly
Most of my career has been in Desktop Support. I have been working with Intuit to support Live Experts the last two years. I worked with NTT DATA for Cedar-Sinai on a project to upgrade workstations from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and was offered a position to continue there. But the commute was too much to handle every day. So, I moved on to a similar project doing the same with Karl Storz Endoscopy, upgrading laptops to Windows 10. My current contract with Intuit has ended, and I am currently exploring new opportunities.Customer service and troubleshooting are my specialties. I enjoy helping and teaching others, and I am good at communicating with non-technical people. I would love another opportunity to support, teach and train others.
