With over 20 years of experience in the United States Air Force, I have developed core competencies in instructor-led training, operational planning, and project management. My mission is to prepare future leaders for USAF and USSF. I bring a diverse perspective and experience to the team, having served in various roles and locations, and having completed multiple degrees in Engineering Management, IT Management, Military Studies, and Computer Science. As the commander of one of the 145 AFROTC detachments nationwide, I oversee a college-level training program at a geographically separated unit, making decisions on who is eligible for commissioning. I also manage a $152K budget and instruct a 30-week curriculum with lessons covering the foundations of the USAF, AF history, leadership, and national security affairs. In my previous roles, I led a 13-member staff of safety professionals responsible for the safety of 12,500 personnel at Minot AFB, and supervised and mentored 5 flight commanders and 68 assigned airmen in one of the four combat-coded B-52 squadrons in the AF. I also served as an evaluator weapons system officer on a B-52, ensuring crew proficiency and instructing aviators to perform missions in support of combatant commander objectives.
