Some of the titles and responsibilities that I have completed while at my current organization are:✅ Paramedic: Responds to 911 emergency calls and assists patients in receiving care. Ensures safe transportation and exceptional quality care for all patients. ✅ Operations Supervisor: Facilitates communications amongst staff and management. Coordinates outside agency relations and system status monitoring. Assigns short-term schedules as needed. Performs equipment and supply maintenance.✅ Preceptor: Recognized for in-depth knowledge; selected to facilitate job tasks and guidance for students going through field portion of paramedic training.✅ Field Training Officer (FTO) / County Paramedic Evaluator: Monitors County policy and procedures for safety practice rules. Reviews paramedic performance to ensure requirements were met. ✅ Critical Incident Stress Management Peer Counselor: Responds to critical stress incidents needing counseling in assigned territory and deployed throughout the United States to large-scale events and disasters.
