I've been a Realtor since 2002. Although my job can be demanding and stressful, I love it!! I couldn't see myself doing anything else but selling homes. My favorite are the young, first-time homebuyers. It gives me a great feeling when I'm sitting there at the closing table and they are signing many documents, smiling the whole way through knowing that within about 60 minutes, they will own their very first home.Specialties: I specialize mainly in residential listing and selling of homes but have completed commercial deals as well. I'm not intimidated and welcome the challenge of all aspects regarding selling and purchasing real estate.

Sales AssociateBroker-1 Realty Feb 2007 - Oct 201411639 Route 30, North Huntingdon, Pa 15642Starting my career in real estate at Prudential Preferred Realty in 2002, I quickly learned 'the ropes' with excellent training provided by Bea Murray, the Manager at the Murrysville office.After about a year there at Murrysville, I made a move to a small office in Irwin called #1 Choice Real Estate where the Manager/Owner was Bill Mercalde. My career in real estate really blossomed here in which I was selling 20+ homes per year. In February 2007, I decided that it might be a nice time to make a move to even a smaller office and found Broker-1 Realty just up the road on Route 30 in North Huntingdon. After meeting with Barb Sulava, the Broker/Owner, I instantly knew that this was the place for me!! Ending the 2007 year with 44 sales and moving on to the most difficult year of 2008, in which I had 30 sales. In 2009, I exceeded my goal and closed 51 sides of transactions valued at $5.4 million. I exceeded my goal of 50 sides of transactions in 2010 when I closed 59 sides of transactions valued at $6.9 million. I attribute this number of transactions with the Federal Tax Credit that was offered for First Time Buyers. 2011 was a very challenging year as I only had 26 sides of transactions valued at $2.4 million but for 2012, I had a total of 40 sides of transactions valued at $3.6 million.With interest rates remaining near record lows of 3% for a 30-year fixed mortgage, I'm hopeful this will encourage more first-time home Buyers for 2013. The supply of homes is exceptional giving the Buyers quite a few choices from which to find their perfect home.
