Certified to BRC Grade A, we are proud of our world renowned quality, and our ability to manufacture to short lead-times. Backed up with the Automation range of machinery, developed specifically with our customers to deliver reliable and fast processing. Our Spice Sheet Factory, also BRC Grade A Certified, combines our blending expertise with our understanding of the ever changing requirements of our customers. Delivering repeatable products, with full traceability, is revolutionising many cooked meat applications. Our Thermoformed Bone Protection Factory, is helping our customers reduce leakers, improve their products presentation, and reduce packaging spend. Working within an account management remit also with new business responsibilities. I work with NPD departments to develop new products for some of the best loved names in the food industry. Foodmaker core business is blending dry ingredients for the food industry ie Meat+ Poultry processing, sausages, burgers, brines, glazes, functional blends with soy and soy fibre, TVP for vegetable recipe dish products, also soup and sauces for dry blend powder applications.

A field based role aimed at creating and developing new business relationships within my set territory (North of the country from Leicester, UK inc. IE) meeting with clients on a consultative basis who hold high responsibility level positions (department Managers/Directors through to Company Director level) to better understand their needs, demonstrating Safe Screening and applying the benefits to the business. I worked with companies with turnover between £8 million - £650 million. All with the intention of creating trustful, long lasting business relationships; thus to drive new business.Safe Screening is a cloud based software product which can be integrated to front end recruitment software (i.e. Taleo) and automatically background check candidates coming into your company. Checks can range from reference checking through to financial and DVLA checks.Key client wins in this role;- The client with consistently the highest throughput of revenue- The first client to be directly associated with the NHS- The first high street retailer to use the product

I worked at Sheffield Business School as a placement intern during the completion of the BA (Hons) Degree course. Within this role I worked with external marketing departments on the publication of various marketing materials and event information. Furthermore, conducted internal marketing in the attempt to synthesis the understanding of different mechanisms within the Business School. Internally I also led monthly events that display academic interests and developments which were received by both an internal and external audience.
