My team was responsible for the operational and customer service elements of the previously separate administrative units: Financial Aid, Student Loan Origination, Bursar, Registrar, Enrollment, and Collections functions. Led technical and non-technical projects to enhance the effectiveness of organization's services and foster better campus-wide collaboration.

Supervised a staff of eight senior-level financial aid counselors and oversaw the customer service center responsible for federal and alternative student loan origination, enrollment, consumer credit reporting, and loan repayment. Assumed direct ownership for the implementation, testing, and training on the organization's consolidated resource database for operational processes and compliance requirements. Led financial aid training sessions for parents and students throughout the state. Worked with Vermont colleges and universities to conduct entrance and exit loan counseling, and train administrators on new regulatory requirements to various loan programs.
