I have over 8 years IBM People Management experience whilst managing teams supporting MQSeries & Java Technology. Before moving into People management, I was the Chief MQSeries Service Engineer (Distributed Products) 1998-2000, having moved into the MQSeries service role in 1993, on a variety of platforms, including AIX, HP, Solaris, Windows, OS/2, i5OS and z/OS.My IBM Career began in 1990 when I joined the CICS (Now Transaction Server) Service Team.I have supported a major International Bank for 11 years in a direct Customer facing role onsite at their location.My current role now builds on my prior experience of Enterprise Computing and adds Cloud Technolgies to accelerate my Clients journey to the Cloud.Specialties: Systems Availability, MQSeries, Java, People & Relationship management, Project Management
