Led PR and marketing efforts for 15 state fraternal/charitable organization.Direct departmental operations for public relations and marketing. Oversee database development / management of member services and benefits. Orchestrate details of charitable events as well as direct-marketing efforts and coordinate with vendors. Deliver variety of executive training, workshops, and presentations, including topics such as major growth strategies. Write procedural manual to guide membership development and retention. Balanced competing priorities, spearheading development / execution of two major marketing events annually attracting up to one thousand attendees, in addition to producing media for services and educational meetings to boost attendance and maintain ongoing communication.
