Led PR and marketing efforts for 15 state fraternal/charitable organization.Direct departmental operations for public relations and marketing. Oversee database development / management of member services and benefits. Orchestrate details of charitable events as well as direct-marketing efforts and coordinate with vendors. Deliver variety of executive training, workshops, and presentations, including topics such as major growth strategies. Write procedural manual to guide membership development and retention. Produce feature-length videos.Selected accomplishments:• Drafted organization’s membership recruitment and retention guidelines as well as instituted programs and policies to boost membership retention through improved program quality across 99 local chapters. • Instrumental in coordinating efforts with essential parties for multi-state, affinity credit-card product launch and tracked deployment across15 states.• Contributed to heightened brand development / awareness by designing and presenting brand materials and new membership recruitment DVD with support materials to 230,000 members.• Successfully negotiated permanent, cost-free usage of copyright-protected material from HBO. • Achieved 100% sales within ten months for the first-printing of joint publication between NYU Press and organization’s museum by planning and executing effective marketing program to generate interest.

Directed team of sixteen independent contractors and volunteers to support media-services operations. Balanced competing priorities, spearheading development / execution of two major marketing events annually attracting up to one thousand attendees, in addition to producing media for services and educational meetings to boost attendance and maintain ongoing communication. Oversaw concept development, design, and production of graphics and marketing materials, including print / electronic media efforts.Selected accomplishment:• Produced weekly media packages and directed media use in weekly services.• Saved organization thousands of dollars in outside contracting fees by designing and managing installation of voice / data circuits in new facilities.
