- Programs Director, Marine Helicopter Squadron One, June 2014 - August 2015. Led and supervised nine Presidential Helicopter Programs valued over $15 million dollars. Ensured projects remained on schedule and on budget. Organized efforts of several cross functional teams which resulted in timely solutions to several technical challenges while avoiding $1.8 million dollars in costs. - VH-3D Requirements Officer, Marine Helicopter Squadron One. Worked with multiple organizations and subject matter experts to define project requirements and ensure technical performance qualities were clearly communicated to key stakeholders.

Over 3,200 mishap free flight hours in six different type helicopters. Safely accomplished a wide range of missions in multiple worldwide locations. Experienced instructor qualified to train minimally qualified pilots, along with those possessing significant experience, in preparation for the highest levels of tactical qualification. Four overseas deployments and extensive experience in a dynamic work environment under demanding physical and environmental conditions.

- Maintenance division supervisor for the Flight Line, Airframes, and Flight Equipment work centers. Ensured 80 Marines received professional development through performance evaluations, progressive training and opportunities to lead. - Helicopter Facility Manager. Maintained operation of a $375 million dollar helicopter aviation facility. Managed three capitol improvement projects valued at over $2.5 million dollars. Minimized operations risk by ensuring projects met stated deadlines. Established relationship with appropriate support organizations to ensure key systems are maintained and funded for the long term.

- Aviation Maintenance Officer. Supervised the operations of seven work centers consisting of 100 Marines. Ensured 19 CH-53E helicopters, valued at over $380 million dollars, were maintained in accordance with industry and Naval standards. - CH-53E helicopter familiarization instructor. Focused on development of sound cockpit procedures, basic crew coordination, and safe operation of a $20 million dollar aviation asset. Ensured inexperienced students have a basic foundation of skills and are prepared for further development as professional military pilots.

Led all aspects of squadron flight operations, pilot training, ground training, and mission execution. - Integrated and unified the efforts of 170 Marines and six work centers to effectively accomplish the squadron’s assigned missions and the intent of the Commanding Officer. Ensured Marines were properly prepared, trained, and qualified for combat deployment.- Squadron awarded 2007 Commandant’s Trophy for performance during deployment to Iraq in 2006-07.
