As Director of an Operations unit specialising in the Public Sector, I successfully led major IT projects in which I was particularly involved in : - team management (2 departments, 50 engineers and business developers); - co-definition and implementation of the unit's development strategy; - leading the innovation process; - operational and financial reporting. Key figures: +10M€ turnover, a double digit margin and an annual growth of more than 25%.
