Manage the Operations and Digital team that are responsible sourcing and distribution of content and services across all of the Comedy Central platforms.Responsible for setting up and running a number of high profile deliveries with tight turnaround times, through satellite feeds and fibre links. A recent example of this is Comedy Central UK's broadcast of 'The Daily Show with Jon Stewart' which we air 24 hours after the initial TX in the States.Work with a plethora of VOD and DTO platforms to maximize Comedy Central's exposure and revenue generating capabilities. These include iTunes, Virgin on Demand, Tivo, BT Vision, Netflix, Sony Playstation and XBOX.Working with all aspects of Digital Media management and delivery from acquisition though to transmission and publishing, through effective management of all Final Cut Pro workstations, Final Cut Server, Episode Engines and Xsan storage system within Comedy Central. Oversee disk usage on Xsan Volume, administration and housekeeping of Mac workstations.Manage a team to meet the departments ever changing requirements and looking to develop individuals through continual training and support. Work closely with systems and support engineering to set out clear expectations and detailed scope of tasks at hand and escalate when necessary. Manage service levels to ensure that these are kept to the highest standard so that the brand gets the upmost service.Setting up protocols for media asset management system Apple Final Cut Server. Workflow procedures, transcoding, metadata input and validation. Co-ordinate and implement new technical builds, whilst continually striving to improve, develop and research new resources. This requires me to have a broad scoped and in-depth knowledge base in order to allow me to support hardware and software relating to Comedy Central’s infrastructure.

Sole point of contact for all Digital and Non Linear platforms. Responsible for planning, liaising, editing and delivery of materials. Support & Advise marketing in digitally promoting content outside of the channel, managing their expectations using available resources.Responsible for all Final Cut Pro workstations, Final Cut Sever and XSAN within Comedy Central. Provide internal desktop support for all Final Cut Server issues for all departments. Oversee technical builds, improvements and developments, including researching new resources. Apple certified Pro in FCP, Motion and Color. Attended the BBC Final Cut Maintenance Course.Editor of all long form broadcast materials for all Comedy Central channels. Technical and compliance quality assessment and control of long form materials. Resolving TX discrepancies, working closely with relevant internal departments and MTV Technology. Oversee all access services within Comedy Central.

Responsible for the output of various Turner television channels, full management of priority channel, Cartoon Network. To ensure the smooth running of all services and provide operational support. Provide and maintain continuous, seamless transmission. Effectively diagnosing and analyzing faults within a highly technical environment, working to tight deadlines. Recovery of emergency breakdown situations.
