Program Manager for a $10M two-year enterprise-wide conversion of the ERP (AX 2012 to Infor LN) and integrated systems to allow for company growth. Role includes the development and management of the program framework, goals, and deliverables along with management of an internal project team and (3) vendors. The program includes an E-commerce Portal, a move from Agile PLM to Infor PLM, 25+ Integrations including MS CRM, and 12 software retirements. Program Manager for the IT Infrastructure and Operations teams overseeing a portfolio of projects the teams were working on. Worked with business stakeholders for intake and scoping of projects and resource assignment. Managed large, medium, and small projects to deliver results on time and within the approved budget. Provided communication of project goals, strategy, and resource allocation to the project team and status to the stakeholders including the Executive Management Team. Projects included:• Covid WFH – coordination of all 700+ employees including over 400 call agents working on thin clients. Led a transition team of 30 IT resources to complete a three-month project that involved the transfer of the legacy data, hardware, and systems from the Seterus IBM unit that had been bought by Mr. Cooper Group. • Transfer included 100 TB of data made up of 8 DBMS with 300+ databases, unstructured user data, 31 SharePoint sites, Exchange mailboxes, and hosted databases and application. Several methods of transfer were used from four different data centers to consolidate the data in the Mr. Cooper Group data centers• Decommission of 150 Seterus applications and tools running on ~800 physical and virtual operating systems across four data centers• Decommission of 1,115 virtual and physical servers• Disposition of ~400 physical assets (servers, storage, phone, and networking equipment)• Project completed on time

• Managed the transition project when Seterus was sold from IBM to Mr. Cooper Group. The project only had a two-month runway with ~450 users needing to be able to connect and work using new thin client devices, a different network, and different Citrix environment with a one-night cut over. The Seterus users also still needed access to the legacy Citrix environment during the transfer of the legacy data.
