Program Manager for a $10M two-year enterprise-wide conversion of the ERP (AX 2012 to Infor LN) and integrated systems to allow for company growth. • Managed the transition project when Seterus was sold from IBM to Mr. Cooper Group. The project only had a two-month runway with ~450 users needing to be able to connect and work using new thin client devices, a different network, and different Citrix environment with a one-night cut over.
