My experience in the sales end of the business has been very positive, having closed more than 200 transactions since entering the business. I have met or exceeded my sales goals for each year in the business. I pride myself in having 8 years experience, not one year of experience eight times over. If I remain in the sales end of the business, my goal is to become the top agent in our company.I have been serving as the Assistant Manager of our office for two years and my responsibilities include the Coaching and Accountability Program for new agents, developing the business of more experienced agents, my office's mentoring program, and various special projects that arise.
