Current• Consult with organizations on employee selection procedures and processes• Work to establish or evaluate validation evidence and legal defensibility for selection tools/systems• Conduct independent expert reviews and audits of a wide range of selection tools to evaluate adherence to legal and professional standards• Provide expertise and thought leadership on algorithmic auditing (currently in the weeds with NYC Local Law 144)• Provide litigation support related to legal challenges• Conduct compensation analyses and pay equity studies• Bring expertise and experience in statistics, psychometrics, and analytics
