• Clinical Trial Monitor for successful FDA clinical trial of implantable medical device for nerve repair, with oversight of six clinical sites and 75+ surgeons and residents. The Neurotube (tm) received FDA approval May 1999.• Developed all trial manuals, support materials, and procedures for maintaining trial in compliance with FDA IDE regulations, and made presentations to surgeons, executives, and medical staff to convey trial guidelines and procedures.• Responsible for patient follow-up, record keeping, and compilation of data for quarterly FDA reports.• Established and implemented labeling, inventory, shipping, and tracking procedures for international sales of medical device in compliance with FDA regulations.• Developed marketing materials from technical information for international sales and national medical meetings.• Designed, presented, and taught two week Microsurgical Reconstruction Course to train 20 surgeons for new hand replantation team of the Department of Hand Surgery, Escola Paulista de Medicina, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
