2010-2012Developed custom creative pitches for potential BMO Institutional Trust clients. Developed more than 60 unique campaigns for 20+ potential clients. This included concepting, copywriting, designing, producing and pitching all work. Pitches resulted in more than a dozen callbacks, with a confirmed eight contributing to a business win.2003 - 2010Managed in-house agency creative team consisting of two copywriters, four designers and two production specialists.
