We established the Taste as a signature event in downtown Rochester in alliance with Mayor Robert Duffy's downtown Rochester NY revitalizing program introduced in his inaugural Mayoral Campaign. The Taste strategically brought together over 105 food vendors to one venue promoting competition and marketing diversified ethnic menus.The event contracted with over 200 businesses and spent in excess of $600K to provide services to our attendees and to enable our event staff in providing a fun but yet safe environment.Our event provided three years of National Headliners: Eric Burden and Badfinger, The Outlaws, Lou Gramm, Blackfoot plus incredible local and regional music making our lineups one of the best in the FREE festival venues found in New York State.We aligned our community focus becoming an advocate for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation making JDRF the official event charity for 2009 and for years to come.
