  I am the founder of Precision Construction, and have over 35 years of experience in business and management experience. I have received numerous awards including the "President's Volunteer Service Award, Gold Award." Precision Construction received a Bronze Key Award from the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago (HBAGC).My company is known for its manufacture of luxury homes. We pride ourselves in having the most reasonable price for our customers. In addition to home construction, Precision Construction operates commercial construction. Our company has been involved in medium to large commercial projects including land development, churches, surgical centers, medical office buildings, education centers, conference centers, exhibit halls, retail centers, and warehouses. I direct all operations and reporting, and maintain performance responsibility for investment properties. Precision Construction leads the region in the development and construction of luxury housing communities, shopping centers, office buildings, churches, and special facilities. My companies have been recognized for excellence in land planning, architectural design, and construction quality. I am a business leader in regional economic development initiatives and government relations, and I have served on the boards of Friends of Chicago-Gary International Airport, Habitat for Humanity, LifeLink International and Lake county Women's Center. I have also developed a reorganization plan for a major expansion of the Food Bank or NorthWest Indiana.
