Technical Partner Experience Consultant
Current- Manage dotloop's support site and all of it's content and development.- Work daily with real estate professionals; ranging from tech support teams, engineering teams and other agent care consultants. Have a strong commitment to resolving customer issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.- Troubleshoot, report and follow up on cases that need engineering work with a sense of urgency.- Deal with issues ranging from investigating desktop bugs, technical API and SSL questions, and assist with engineering testing and recreation of issues.- Expert on all dotloop products, features, and functionality; and be able to use provided tools and creative ingenuity to solve listing, feed, and profile-related issues.- Manage customer feedback and help gather, analyze and present customer feedback to product and business teams at dotloop to improve what we do and the way we do it.- Track and follow up on issues reported to engineering.- Communicate with executives about issues that require high level visibility.
