Dave has been involved in digital transformation projects dating back to the 1990s. He has worked with numerous organisations helping them transition from analogue to digital systems. An early project he completed outside of his vast IT experience, whilst under the employment of the Miele company in Abingdon, was to develop and deliver a training program for the engineers which also included the UK dealer network. At the time the Miele product range was in transition from electro-mechanical timers to digital electronics. He was able to cross-train engineers and help them transition to digital control systems. The programme he developed led to empowering said engineers resulting in a positive change set.He has recruited and trained teams of people in call centres working across three time zones which supported the organisation going forward and produced an increase in productivity.He has been involved with worldwide call management processes in global companies. His last project helped a UK organisation save thousands of pounds in operational cost by moving bespoke in-house systems to the cloud. His very personable style helps people transition their knowledge, experience and continually achieve social mobility.
