Current• Manage the Monthly and Semi-Monthly Payrolls for Ireland, Australia, Malaysia, Germany, France and Costa Rica.• Responsible for the auditing and approval of bi-weekly payroll for 3 entities in Canada.• Assist in the processing, audit, and approval of bi-weekly payroll for 5 entities in the US with over 5000 employees.• Work with local payroll vendors in 8 countries to continually improve and automate processes and improve efficiency andreduce opportunity for error, including… Show more • Manage the Monthly and Semi-Monthly Payrolls for Ireland, Australia, Malaysia, Germany, France and Costa Rica.• Responsible for the auditing and approval of bi-weekly payroll for 3 entities in Canada.• Assist in the processing, audit, and approval of bi-weekly payroll for 5 entities in the US with over 5000 employees.• Work with local payroll vendors in 8 countries to continually improve and automate processes and improve efficiency andreduce opportunity for error, including ADP, Alight/NGA, BDO, PaycheckPlus Ireland, Aussiepay, Elanor and others.• Manage and improve the reporting and processing of year end / annual statements for all international payrolls.• Create SOP’s and documentation for global payroll standards, including for purposes of maintaining SOX/JSOX compliance.• Currently managing transition of Canada pay groups to updated platform.• Work with local internal groups to manage the transition of international payrolls from existing platforms to TransunionGlobal Standard, including working with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure processes are captured,knowledge is not lost, and there is no loss of continuity during transition periods.• Implement Transunion pay structure in international affiliates, including annual bonus, ESPP, RSU and Global WellnessBenefits (Holiday Time and Attendance)• Create standardize auditing templates in excel to track changes period over period for all payrolls to track changes, trends,and help identify corrections as necessary.• Manages payroll ticket tracking via Dovetail ticketing software.• Works with HRIS and HR Ops teams to ensure Workday is kept up to date, and fallouts in data bridge are identified andaddressed prior to payroll processing.• Educate adjacent departments in the intricacies and quirks of global payroll, including finance, GL, and tax Show less
