I am due to retire from Kent Police on July 31st 2020 and am looking for employment. I care passionately about being a Police Officer, but as I retire with an exemplary record, I look forward to transferring the skills I have gained to another profession. I have been lucky enough to lead and manage various teams within the Police; As a Detective Sergeant I have managed teams in the CID, Sexual Offences Investigation Team, Major Crime Department and in my current role in The Local Victim Justice Unit. I ensure that my team are always trained and motivated to give the Department the best possible chance of achieving our aims. Throughout my career as a Police Constable, Detective Constable and Detective Sergeant, I have always strived to provide the best service possible to the public with an overarching principle of doing the right thing and maintaining professionalism.
