Thankful to have had the opportunity to play a pivotal role in converting the two co-founders' vision into reality and developing a new sports property that is now considered the world's premier street skateboarding tour.• Established all operations and ticketing for the tour (8 Year Total: 30 events, including 25 across the US & 5 international)• Managed production budgets of $725k - $900k+ per event• Lead contact with all host venues (contract, pre-planning, on-site, post-event billing)• Selected and managed 20+ production vendors per event• Processed all vendor and venue related invoices (reviewed, approved, coded and tracked in budget)• Customer service lead, including handling any on-site issues with the venue and/or the public• Additional responsibilities (but not limited to): public and production schedules, layouts, logistics for trucking and shipping, equipment rental, certificates of insurance to/from venues and vendors, signage (branding and wayfinding/directional), and permits• Worked with partners/sponsors and their agencies regarding on-site activations, branding assets and approval for physical and digital signage, copy for PA announcements, certificates of insurance, etc.• Hired and managed operations staff of four people per event
