Developing and supporting the IFS ERP system for MWH as part of the stabilization project after the upgrade from APPS7 to APPS8. Working with the users to provide BI using SQL and Crystal Reports, develop QuickReports using IAL's and providing data integration from external systems using the data migration toolset within IFS. Ensure servers and software is patched up to date and provide 3rd line support for incident reports and service requests within the ITIL framework.

Providing support services to the Co-operative’s online electrical retailer, E-Stores, to ensure their IT systems are working to serve the requirements of the business. I have worked on numerous projects from a large Warehouse Management system to smaller EDI type projects sharing data between E-Store and the customers and suppliers to drive sales. I have strong SQL skills from working with their Oracle and SQL Server databases that are used to support the ERP system and Web sites.Customer service activities include:• Monitoring the back office ERP system and external interfaces and providing reporting services. • Working with 3rd party suppliers to resolve and escalate incidents to the satisfaction of the business. • 1st line IT support for E-Store users, fixing and advising on Office suite of products and PC related issues. Liaise between users and IS Service desk.• Provide BI information for all users.• Ensure business is aware of IT service interruptions and communicate the user base. Change projects I have delivered:• Automate period end reporting saving financial department time and the need to run out of hours.• A batch process to consolidate invoices and to automatically e-mail customers saving on time and postage.• Write management alerts so business can make pro-active decisions.• Testing and implementation of system upgrades while keeping disruption to business to a minimum.• EDI order process to minimise manual involvement thus improving speed and accuracy.

Ensure that the functionality and performance of Maginus satisfies or exceeds the customer’s expectations for the Assigned Business Area.
