• Support implementation of Global Standards Program and underlying KYC remediation projects, coordination of program related activities with other project stakeholders locally and at regional level when required• Support increasing operations in Business related to financial crime compliance framework implementation and ongoing maintenance / enhancement• Monitoring and support of the smooth CDD operations in Business via production of reports for local and regional use and analysis of the review progression• Reviewing and enhancing business processes and developing respective operational procedures for such processes ensuring end-to-end process flows are designed in most efficient way and with consideration of all involved stakeholders• Support to RBWM projects, provision of business requirements for RBWM projects, representation of RBWM in relevant projects locally and at regional/Group level, coordination of projects related UAT and other testings as required• Support implementation of business de-risking initiatives from the perspective of data provision, MI and reporting, existing processes and procedures review, impact analysis, etc• Generation, analysis and presentation of management information, specialized operational support to network and RBWM within prescribed quality standards and deadlines• Conducts analysis and research of RBWM products/processes/channels and present recommendations for optimization and improved efficiency• Provision of specialized support to branches network and RBWM as whole within prescribed quality standards and deadlines
