- Open and follow up on tickets opened with our partners through their customer service center to ensure our customers receive timely support;- Contact customers to request information or validations of tickets opened with us through our customer service center to ensure the flow of support;- Participate in the implementation process and customer transitions to new Nérus products, such as Nérus Web, Nérus O2, Edoc, and others, through projects developed with customers to ensure they are up-to-date with current Nérus technologies;- Provide support for simple adjustments and answer customer questions related to the Nérus system through the customer service center or by phone, ensuring the proper functioning of our customers;- Other related tasks in the area.

I work providing technical support to all areas of the Company, serving all Tractebel headquarters in Brazil and worldwide. I perform hardware problem correction, compatibility issues, data recovery/formatting and equipment profile creation, and all types of IT-related issues by responding to calls through the ServiceDesk. - On-site and remote support to end users; - Maintenance of computers and IT equipment; - Process documentation; - Support to the Infrastructure and Networks team; - Support to IT Management; - LowCode OutSystems development.
