I work in the store application development department, We have developed major innovation projects for the AutoZone stores, and we have introduced agile practices and hired a full Agile cell that operates at a great pace and quality.-Led the first project performed fully by the Mexico Office for AutoZone-Led the develop the project Fix Finder 2 which allows to check vehicles at the AZ stores-Lead the development of the inventory management software for AZ using ML technologies-Consolidate a full Agile Cell in my team, hiring key roles for the first time in the Mexico Office, like SM and UI/UX-I have converted external vendors' positions to internal positions, saving a ratio of 1 to 5, which cut project expenditure by half

Technical supervisor of QA automation department.I revamp the Automation strategy for testing the store code,-My team built the first full automation for parts of the company like the POS and Commercial software-We develop a framework to work with the BDD methodology-We introduce a data injection methodology that didn't exist in the automation industry-I attended the QA stars conference in Orlando in 2019-I presented a few of our best practices in the Squish Days conference in Munich Germany in 2019

I work for the new Auto Zone Brazil project, I develop and support the new systems for this country using Java, Flex and many new technologies.Also I have stand alone java projects for specific business needs.
