Utilizes loan structuring, loan documentation, client negotiating, and workout management expertise. Monitors accuracy of borrowers’ ratings and accrual status through the utilization of the various ART/PNC systems. Properly and timely completion of all required reports tools such as the Durdach report, the projection system, etc. In addition, anticipates and forecasts losses on each loan within the managed portfolio and is responsible for calculating specific reserve requirements (FAS 114).
