Responsible for all financial aspects of company strategy of a global leader in the development of Remote Radio Heads and Active Antenna Systems. Management and statutory accounting; financial planning; budgeting and forecasting; company secretarial; cash management; legal.I successfully dealt with a number of technical accounting, legal, tax and corporate governance issues. I also supported the business through a period of significant restructuring and provided strategic planning input and advice to the Board.
