My current role is directing the work of a talented group of Teradata Data Miners or IBM Unica SME's. In this role I’m responsible for the Training and Development of the employees as well as developing ADHOC Solutions for my Marketing CLM Clients. We develop processes to extract data (ETL) from various data warehouses using Free-hand SQL or Business Objects. The objective is to combine data across affiliates, cleanse data, set standards to pull the data consistently, modify the data into a format that can be presented to Marketing in a meaningful way for reporting, analytics or marketing efforts. Additional responsibilities include development of Analyitc's Tools within Tableau, making it easy for our clients to self-serve by pulling "High-Level" data reports. I've become one of the SME's around the IPBB / Uverse HSIA Network, providing detailed insight into IP-RT, IP-CO, FTTN, FTTN-BP, FTTN-GPON, INID's, Extended Reach and other key factors that enable our customers to receive world class High Speed Internet either via Copper or Fiber.

Manager incharge of development and implementation of Consumer Outbound Telemarketing Scripts for all SBC Operations Corporate Call Centers (CCC) (San Antonio, TX, St. Louis, MO, Oklahoma City, OK, & San Ramon, CA) & Development and Maintenance of Third Party Vendor Scripts. Mangaged a team of Scriptwriters who developed all verbiage for all of SBC's Corporate Call Centers in both English and Spanish. Liaison between Product/Regional Managers, Client Services, Legal and Regulatory for the CCC. Most of our work was done electronically utilizing Visual Basic's 5 and a tool known as Script Vision. We worked closely with the Outbound Dialer Team and Analysis Teams providing back end tracking of Sales and Response Data for products ranging from Local & Long Distance, DSL, Call Waiting all the way up to actual CPE/CPU sales.
