2016 – March 15th 2017 Vice President of Franchise Operations • VP for Roof Tec systems (A division of Legend Brands out of Washington State) • Responsibilities as follows: To develop a National Franchise System of roof cleaning franchises that complies with the 1972 Clean Water Act. • Some of the following responsibilities: Report to Bill Bruders (CEO) on the process of the completion of the FDD, Operations Manual, CRM and Accounting software • Other areas of responsibilities: Help in training of the current Rooftec employees servicing Trimco and WTI as they implement the cleaning process • Site set-up, trouble shooting and customer support role with Rooftec employees onsite and via phone • Proudest moments: Assisting in the evaluation and set-up of Ford Field in Detroit Michigan • Travels to Mumbai India: Lead the technical set-up team to evaluate the possibilities of our cleaning process over seas on their National Airport (1.4million square feet.) • Late 2016 the addition of 4 new Rooftec vehicles Nationwide • Assisted Rooftec: Planning for summer of 2017 to service over 6million square feet • Assisted Trimco, WTI & Rooftec in strategic planning for year 2017 and 2018

• 31 state approved CEU courses certified by Insurance Commissioners Office• Courses taught statewide by one assistant and myself / Estimated number of students over 4100• State Farm, Safeco, Mutual Of Enumclaw, Pemco, Grange / used my skills and services to teach adjusters in house• For State Farm & Safeco Insurance I personally wrote additional training course for their adjusting staff. Those courses have become nationwide benchmarks.
