I spent over a decade as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, where I prosecuted criminal fraud cases and also investigated, litigated, and resolved civil False Claims Act cases on behalf of the government. I use that government experience to help companies and individuals navigate their most challenging situations. I also maintain a complex civil litigation practice, drawing on my years at an AmLaw 50 firm where I represented corporations and executives in high stakes securities fraud class actions, SEC investigations, merger litigation, and other fiduciary duty litigation in federal and state courts.
