My responsabilities have been to manage the capacity of our SAN Fabric, as well as storage arrays in our Primary (Little Rock) and DR (Cleveland) Data Centers. I monitor both storage capacities in our 40+ storage arrays and our 4000 ports in our multiple FC fabrics. Suggesting budget items for H/W to keep the storage and fabrics growing for our business. We use primarily EMC H/W with some Fujitsu storage. I use tools like ECC, Storage Scope, Work load Analyzer, CCS, Connectrix Manager, Excel, PowerPoint etc. to produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly capacity reports.

I was trained on all EMC's H/W and most of their S/W Product lines during my time with EMC. I performed remedial repair and well as proposing updates to customer H/W systems. I was the primary Customer Engineer for multiple sites, but fucused primarily on Alltel Wireless for about 4 years, prior to be asked to work for them as a Storage Architect.

I work primarily on Mainframe H/W peripherals repair during my time with Acxiom. I ran many outsourcing projects for the Network and Hardware Buisness Unit; planning and executing data migrations from remote locations. I would setup new H/W configurations in Conway Arkansas and produce supporting documentation for responsability takeover by other team resources.

Started a Mainframe self-maintenance program. I also trained and worked on many mainframe and micro computer systems during my time here. Perform maintenance repair of both mainframe and micro computer peripherals.
