I was trained on all EMC's H/W and most of their S/W Product lines during my time with EMC. I performed remedial repair and well as proposing updates to customer H/W systems. I was the primary Customer Engineer for multiple sites, but fucused primarily on Alltel Wireless for about 4 years, prior to be asked to work for them as a Storage Architect.

I work primarily on Mainframe H/W peripherals repair during my time with Acxiom. I ran many outsourcing projects for the Network and Hardware Buisness Unit; planning and executing data migrations from remote locations. I would setup new H/W configurations in Conway Arkansas and produce supporting documentation for responsability takeover by other team.

Started a Mainframe self-maintenance program. I also trained and worked on many mainframe and micro computer systems during my time here. Perform maintenance repair of both mainframe and micro computer peripherals.
