As an Inventory Manager at Blue Nile, the largest online retailer of certified diamonds and fine jewelry, I am responsible for overseeing the inventory control and ensuring the accuracy and quality of our products and services. I have a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification and a Project Management Essentials certificate, which enable me to apply the best practices and methodologies to optimize the efficiency and quality of our operations. I have over 13 years of experience in logistics and tech support, including 1.5 years as an Inventory Supervisor at Blue Nile, where I managed the account management, project management, analytical skills, and data analysis functions.In addition to my inventory management role, I also own my own business as a life coach, where I help clients achieve their personal and professional goals through tailored coaching sessions and workshops. I have a huge passion for personal development and a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies from the University of Washington. I use my hospitality and problem-solving skills to create a positive and supportive environment for my clients, and to help them overcome their challenges and reach their potential.
