I'm an expert in Program Management (Business and IT), Manufacturing operations, New Product Introduction, and Product Data/Lifecycle Management. My experiences have made me well versed in SDLC process, Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC and other continuous improvement type programs. I'm a big believer in Agile development methodology, and have acquired Scrum master skills while scaling Agile teams.
