Ensure the team is performing at the levels expected by each client and work along side with Team for their welfare and development, • Forecasts staffing needs based on client requirements, attrition trends, and current project team composition.• Formulating recruitment strategy and Methodology, Feedback / Coaching / Goal setting of the Team Members and Maintaining Performance Dashboard.• Responsible for the recruitment process (using jobsites, employee referral scheme, Linkedin,Database, Vendor Management).• Analyzing latest marketing trends, capturing information on specific verticals, competitors and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning the strategies.• Maintaining effective relationships with potential candidates, suggesting the benefits and employment opportunities to candidates, supporting them in effectively presenting their profiles / candidature to hiring managers.• Building client relationships, understanding the requirements and consulting with clients to implement the most effective talent attraction and retention strategies.• Interacting with the Client for the Projection / forecast and work out the realistic Projection / forecast along with the Skill and onboards.• Responsible for regular client interaction with the hiring managers to understand the business at the client location.• Responsible for managing existing Client relationships by Delivering.

Client Management – interacting with the clients to understand their requirement needs and catering to them accordingly.• Handling all levels of recruitment.• Regular follow-up with the candidates with respect to offers and addressing their concerns(salary, relocation, joining date) and keeping the clients in the loop.• Handling requirements at all levels irrespective of technology• Briefing the candidates about the job requirement, screening and validating the candidates as per the requirements.• Scheduling interviews and tests of the candidates with the client companies.• Working directly with the hiring managers to make effective closures.

Extensive experience with End to End recruiting. Understanding the needs of the Clients and matching candidates against those • Determine applicant qualifications by calling applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements. • Excellent experience using Internet job Portals like Monster, Naukri, Linkdin etc. to identify qualified candidates for our open job positions. • Negotiate pay rates with Candidates. • Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment.
