About David Hines

Previously I was leading the development of automated trading software, utilizing Python in building machine learning stock trading systems. Throughout my career I have gained experience with software development in Python, JavaScript & React, and Java, microservices integration, AI & Machine Learning, and data science.I spent the 2018-2019 year writing my research paper detailing the development and implementation of a drone ecosystem for use in Search and Rescue targeting alpine environments, which was my first foray into the world of Machine Learning and AI. I later aim to build upon the foundation which this paper provides in order to improve S&R capabilities in forested and remote environments.I am completing a BSc. in Computer Science with minors in Economics, E&I, and Geology at Western Washington University
