David has 21 years experience as a practising barrister in civil and criminal litigation, specialising in criminal litigation for the last 10 years. He is currently a member of the Law Commission, and part of teams reviewing the law of confiscation and corporate criminal liablility.David was a Senior Crown Advocate with East Midlands CPS for 6 years, dealing with all kinds of criminal cases. Before that David's practice was focused on financial and organised crime, associated confiscation and civil proceedings and regulatory work. David has written a number of articles on financial crime and related matters.
