I was called to the Bar at Gray’s Inn on the 25th November 2021 and joined Bank House Chambers as a tenant on the 3rd December 2021. Prior to transferring to the Bar I practised as a Solicitor from 1988 and Higher Courts Advocate (Criminal) from 2006. I have been recognised for my advocacy skills in Crown Courts and Magistrates Court. As a solicitor I was proud of my understanding of clients needs and vulnerabilities in difficult circumstances and my ability to bring clarity and re-assurance to them.It is my intention to bring this client based approach with me to the Bar and chose Bank House ,with their proven record of excellence in client care, as the the perfect place to develop my career.
