I have been a property and investment professional for over 30 years. Transacting and managing assets for superannuation funds, not for profit and private families, I've gained knowledge and experience operating within this formal investment & process structure.Since founding DA Properties, I have been able to leverage knowledge, experience and relationships to create better property outcomes for all stakeholders, in three distinct areas:- As a property investment and development adviser for not for profit and private family groups,- As a cornerstone co-investor and manager for development and investment projects,- As a coach to guide others to optimise their own development project and experience.The principles that underpin these three areas apply across all property investment and property development, as does the framework and process. It is the approach to each opportunity that is bespoke, each property is unique and there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’.I am a Certified Fund Manager and a Certified Property Practitioner of the Australia Property Institute, and the Key Person for the business’ Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Resource Management (Valuation) from the University of South Australia and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia (Finance).I reside on the northern beaches of Sydney with my wife, daughter and the family cat. A lover of the outdoors I endeavour to swim, bike, run and ski as much as possible.I am fortunate to have been one of the founding members of Tour de Kids, an annual charity bike ride that has raised over $9 million for Australian children charities over the last 19 years.
