David has a general commercial practice and is briefed on a wide range of disputes involving contractual, equitable and statutory remedies.He has particular expertise in relation to finance transactions and financial regulation. At the Bar, he has appeared as junior counsel for APRA on several applications. While a solicitor, he completed placements at Morgan Stanley and ANZ.David trained at Allens (2011-2014) and later practiced in London at Allen & Overy LLP (2015-2017). He returned to Australia and before being called to the Bar was a senior associate at Ashurst (2018-2020).He graduated with a Master of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons I)/Bachelor of Arts (Hons I) from the University of Sydney.David is admitted in New South Wales and England and Wales.
