• Ensuring the candidate is happy working with the client & vice versa
• Recruiting, Sourcing, Account Management, Vendor Management, Administer staff, onsite / offshore / recruiters training, extending offers, Screening - Reference / background checks, Technical Check/ tests, Rate / Salary.
• Interact with client managers, hiring managers, project managers, VMO at client site for follow ups on resume submitted, scheduling interviews, and get lead on the upcoming developments on the new project requirements
• Managed team of Offshore and Onsite recruiters.
